Privacy policy

ReplyPilot connects to the mailboxes you choose so it can draft and send replies on your behalf.

What we access

New messages in your inbox, a sample of your sent messages to learn your writing style, and the ability to create drafts and send replies you approve or allow.

How we use it

Only to classify incoming email and write replies for you. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Our AI provider processes email content under terms that prohibit training on it.

Storage and deletion

Sign-in tokens and passwords are encrypted. Email bodies are deleted after 30 days. Disconnecting a mailbox or deleting your account removes its data.

Google user data

ReplyPilot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
