1. What ReplyPilot does
Read the transcript: What ReplyPilot does
ReplyPilot is an email assistant for busy professionals. It reads your incoming emails, and drafts replies in your own voice. It works for many professions, including real estate, law, healthcare, accounting, insurance, and the trades. You pick your field when you sign up. Here's an example. A lead asks whether a listing is still available, and a draft reply is ready for you to approve. Setting up takes three steps. Connect your inbox, set your voice and the facts it may use, then review the replies. It works with Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, and any other mailbox that supports IMAP. Outlook is coming soon. Replies about money, offers, contracts, and complaints are never sent automatically. They always wait for you. Try it free for 14 days, with no card needed. After that, it's $20 a month.
2. Sign up and start your free trial

To get started, open the ReplyPilot website, and click Start 14-day free trial. That takes you to the sign-in page, with the Create account tab open. Enter your email, choose a password of at least eight characters, and click Create account. ReplyPilot then emails you a link to confirm your address. No card is needed to start. The trial lasts 14 days, and after that it's $20 a month. Next, you connect an inbox. Sign in with Google for Gmail, or use an app password for Yahoo, iCloud, and other IMAP mailboxes. Outlook is coming soon. During the beta, Google shows a warning screen when you connect Gmail. Click Advanced, then continue, and approve the permissions. Next time, just sign in with your email and password. If you forget it, use Forgot password. You can also ask for an emailed sign-in link instead. That's all it takes. Create your account, connect your inbox, and your 14-day free trial begins.
3. How pricing works
Read the transcript: How pricing and the email limit work
ReplyPilot has one plan. It costs $20 a month, per user. There are no tiers, and no annual contract. One user means one ReplyPilot login, with every inbox you connect to it. You start with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. This table compares the free trial with the paid plan. Both include the same features. The plan covers up to 1,500 emails a month, as a fair use limit. The free trial covers up to 300. Every email it reads and sorts counts, including newsletters it skips. At the limit, drafting pauses until the 1st of next month. On every plan, emails about money, offers, contracts, and complaints are never sent automatically. You can cancel any time. Start your free trial whenever you're ready. No card needed.
