Read the transcript: How pricing and the email limit work

ReplyPilot has one plan. It costs $20 a month, per user. There are no tiers, and no annual contract. One user means one ReplyPilot login, with every inbox you connect to it. You start with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. This table compares the free trial with the paid plan. Both include the same features. The plan covers up to 1,500 emails a month, as a fair use limit. The free trial covers up to 300. Every email it reads and sorts counts, including newsletters it skips. At the limit, drafting pauses until the 1st of next month. On every plan, emails about money, offers, contracts, and complaints are never sent automatically. You can cancel any time. Start your free trial whenever you're ready. No card needed.

Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send you a secure link. Your account and 14-day free trial start right away, with no card. You can subscribe for $20 a month from the billing page whenever you like.

Why does Google show a warning when I connect Gmail?

ReplyPilot is in beta, and during beta Gmail connects through a Google app that Google has not yet finished reviewing. Google shows a warning screen for every unreviewed app. To continue, click Advanced, then continue to ReplyPilot, and approve the permissions. Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and other mailboxes don't show this screen.

How do I connect Yahoo, iCloud, Outlook or another mailbox?

Outlook, Hotmail, Live and Microsoft 365 use a normal Microsoft sign-in. Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho, Fastmail, GoDaddy and custom domains connect with your email address and an app password, which you create in your email provider's security settings. We test the login before saving it.

Will it ever send emails about money, offers or contracts by itself?

No. Emails about price negotiation, offers, money owed, contracts, legal matters, complaints or an angry sender are always saved as drafts for you. The sorting is done by AI, so we recommend starting in Draft all mode and reviewing for a while before you turn on any auto-send.

Can it make up facts, like a price or an open-house time?

Replies may only use the facts you approve in your library. If the answer isn't there, the reply says you'll check and follow up. A second check scores every reply, and anything below the confidence bar is saved as a draft instead of being sent.

What do the auto-send settings mean?

There are three: Draft all (nothing is sent without your tap, and the default), Auto routine (only simple factual questions can send on their own), and Auto most (any non-sensitive reply the checker is confident about). The money, offers, contracts and complaints rule applies to all three.

What does the monthly limit mean?

The plan includes up to 1,500 processed emails a month, and the free trial up to 300. It is a real limit, so costs stay predictable. Every incoming email that ReplyPilot reads and sorts counts, including newsletters it decides to skip; automated mail it filters out before sorting does not. Your dashboard shows how many you've used. If you reach the limit, ReplyPilot stops sorting and drafting until the 1st of next month and tells you in a banner. Nothing is deleted or sent, and your mail stays in your inbox.

Is $20 per user, and can I cancel?

$20 a month covers one ReplyPilot account, which is one login, and all the inboxes you connect to it. You can cancel any time from Manage billing in your dashboard; there is no annual contract.

What does ReplyPilot read, and what does it keep?

It reads new messages in the mailboxes you connect, plus a sample of your sent mail to learn your writing style. The text of stored emails is cleared after 30 days. See the Security page for the details.
