From new email to a reply in your voice.
ReplyPilot runs in your browser. You set it up once, then review what it prepares.
Set up in about ten minutes
Connect your inbox
Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or enter your email and an app password for Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho, Fastmail or your own domain. ReplyPilot then reads a sample of your sent mail to learn how you write.
Set your voice
Move five sliders (formality, personal warmth, length, enthusiasm, sales push) or start from a preset. Add your signature and any words you never want used.
Add your approved facts
Write down prices, availability, hours, booking windows and policies. Replies may only state facts from this library.
Review, then trust it more
Start in Draft all mode, where every reply waits for your tap. When you're comfortable, allow auto-send for routine questions only.
What happens to every new email
- 1. SortEach new email is labeled as a lead, a routine question, a client, a vendor, sensitive, or skip. Newsletters, receipts and spam are skipped. If sorting ever fails, the email is treated as sensitive.
- 2. Pick factsReplyPilot chooses the entries in your facts library that are relevant to this email, and nothing else.
- 3. WriteA reply is written in your voice using your tone settings, your signature, examples from your sent mail, and notes you keep about the sender.
- 4. CheckA second pass compares the reply with the email and your facts, and gives it a confidence score. Invented details lower the score.
- 5. Send or draftOnly a confident reply to a non-sensitive email, under an autonomy setting that allows it, is sent. Everything else becomes a draft saved in your own mailbox and listed in your approval queue.
Money, offers, contracts and complaints are never auto-sent. They always wait for you.
Answer every lead while you're with a client.
