Everything it takes to answer email like you would.
Voice, facts, safety and every inbox, in one browser-based tool.
Voice and tone
Replies that sound like you
ReplyPilot studies your sent mail, then applies five sliders you control. A live preview rewrites a sample reply as you move them.
- Formality: casual to formal
- Personal comfort: business only to friendly
- Length: brief to detailed
- Enthusiasm: calm to energetic
- Sales push: just answer to ask for the meeting
Presets
You can also turn emoji on or off and list words ReplyPilot must never use.
Facts library
Only facts you have approved
Add the details you answer all day: prices, availability, appointment windows, service policies. Replies use these and nothing else. When the answer isn't in the library, the reply says you'll check and follow up, and a second check lowers its confidence if anything looks invented.
Safety and approvals
Control over what gets sent
- Money, offers, contracts and complaints are never auto-sent.
- Three modes: Draft all (the default), Auto routine, Auto most.
- Auto-send also requires a confident reply check, so doubtful replies become drafts.
- Drafts are saved in your own mailbox and in your approval queue. Edit, approve or reject each one.
Every inbox
Works with the mailbox you have
Gmail and Google Workspace and Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect with a normal sign-in. Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho, Fastmail, GoDaddy and custom domains connect over IMAP and SMTP with an app password. Connect as many as you answer from. During beta, Gmail shows a Google warning screen because the app is still awaiting Google's review.
Dashboard
One place to review
An approval queue shows each sorted email with its suggested reply and why it was or wasn't sent. Separate pages hold your tone studio, your facts library, and your mailboxes and billing. It all runs in your browser, with nothing to install.
Answer every lead while you're with a client.
